  • Attend your appointment at the agreed time
  • Pay for any private services as shown at the time of booking
  • Comply with any pre-appointment requirements

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary (e.g., pharmacist availability, medical suitability, supply issues).

5. Clinical Suitability

Our pharmacists and clinical team reserve the right to decline providing a service if:

  • It is not clinically appropriate
  • You do not meet eligibility or medical criteria

This applies to NHS and private services, including vaccinations, travel health services, blood pressure checks, diabetes testing, and more.

6. Prescription Services

Prescriptions may only be processed where:

  • Issued by a UK registered prescriber
  • Legally valid
  • Clinically suitable for the patient

We may refuse or delay supplying a prescription if required by law, clinical guidance, or medicine supply issues.

Prescription delivery is available to eligible patients only. Eligibility is assessed by the pharmacy team.

7. Pricing and Payments (Private Services)

Where private services (e.g., travel vaccinations, private flu vaccines) incur a fee:

  • Prices will be clearly displayed on our website or booking system
  • Payment must be made at the time of the appointment (unless stated otherwise)
  • Prices may change at any time, but will not affect existing confirmed bookings

Refunds are only available in line with our refund and cancellation policy (available on request or as a separate page if desired).
